၁။ မဂၤလာပါဆရာ ကြ်န္မ အသက္ ၃၀ ျပည့္ျပီးပါျပီ။ အိမ္ေထာင္ရွိပါတယ္။ အိမ္ေထာင္က်တာ တစ္နွစ္နဲ႔ ၇ လရွိပါျပီ။ အိမ္ေထာင္က်က်ခ်င္းမွာေတာ့ ကေလးမယူေသးဘူးဆိုျပီး ရက္ေရွာင္တဲ့ နည္းနဲ႔ တားပါတယ္ တျခားတားေဆးေတြ တစ္ခုမွ မေသာက္ မထိုး မထည့္ထားပါဘူး။ အခု ကိုယ္၀န္ရဖို႔ ၾကိဳးစားေနတာ ၃ လရွိပါျပီ။ ရာသီပံုမွန္လာပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ ကိုယ္အေလးခ်ိန္မ်ားပါတယ္။ ကြ်န္မက ၇၉ ကီလိုရွိပါတယ္။ အေလးခ်ိန္ခ်ဖို႔ၾကိဳးစားေသာ္ျငား မက်နိုင္ဘဲရွိပါတယ္ရွင့္။ ကိုယ္၀န္မရနိုင္တာ ဘာအေၾကာင္းျဖစ္နိုင္တယ္ဆိုတာ ဗဟုသုတသိလိုပါတယ္ရွင့္။ ကိုယ္အေလးခ်ိန္မ်ားလို႔ထင္မိပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ တျခားကိုယ္အေလးခ်ိန္မ်ားတဲ့ သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြလည္း ကေလးရေတာ့ စိတ္ထဲသံသယေတြ ၀င္မိပါတယ္ဆရာ။
၂။ မဂၤလာပါဆရာ။ သမီးအသက္ ၂၅ ႏွစ္ပါ။ ေပါင္၂၂ဝ၊ အရပ္ ၅ ေပ ၆ လက္မပါ။ ၂၂ နွစ္မွာအိမ္ေထာင္က်ပါတယ္။ ပထမတနွစ္ကေလးမယူဘူးဆိုျပီး သဘာဝနည္းနဲ႔ ရက္ေရွာင္ပါတယ္။ ရက္မေရွာင္ျဖစ္လို႔ ec2 နွစ္ခါေသာက္ဖူးပါတယ္။ သမီးကဝပါတယ္။ ၂ဝ၁၅ ၄ လပိုင္းမွာတခါ ၂ဝ၁၆ ခုႏွစ္ ၅ လပိုင္းမွာ ၁ ခါသားအိမ္ျခစ္ရပါတယ္။ ရာသီ တနွစ္လံုး မရပ္လို႔ပါ။ ရာသီရပ္သြားပါျပီ။ သမီးကေလးအရမ္းလိုခ်င္ေနပါတယ္ဆရာ။ folic acid ေသာက္ေနတာ၂ ပတ္ေတာ့ရွိပါျပီ။ သမီးတို႔ ၂ ေယာက္လံုးစစ္တာက်န္းမာပါတယ္။ ဆရာသမီးကိုကူညီပါဦးရွင္။ ေက်းဇူးတင္ပါတယ္။
၃။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္အိမ္ေထာင္က်တာ (၄) ႏွစ္ရွိပါၿပီ။ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္မိန္းမက ငယ္ငယ္ထဲက ဝတာပါ။ သူက အဝလြန္ေနလို႔လား။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔အိမ္ေထာင္စက်တုန္း သူက အီးဇီးတူးဆိုတဲ့ အေရးေပၚ တားေဆးေတြ ပဲေသာက္မိလို႔လား။ သူအဲလိုေတြျဖစ္ေနပါတယ္။ အဓိက ကေတာ့ ကၽြန္တာ္တို႔ ကေလးမရတာကို သူစိတ္ေတြကအဲလိုထင္ေနတယ္ဆရာ။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္အမ်ိဳးေရာ သူ႔အမိ်ဳးေရာမွာ ကေလးမရတဲ့မ်ိဳးရုိး မရွိပါဘူးဆရာ။ အီးဇီးတူးကို သူတႏွစ္ေလာက္ေတာ့ စြဲေသာက္တယ္ဆရာ။ ခုဘယ္သူမွာ အျပစ္ရွိေနလဲမသိဘူးဆရာ။ သူကသူ႔ ဝတာအျပစ္ရွိတယ္လို႔ထင္ေနတယ္ သူ႔ကိုလည္းသနားတယ္။ ကၽြန္တာ္တို႔ ႏွစ္ေယာက္တအားကို ကေလးလိုခ်င္ေနလို႔ပါဆရာ။
၄။ အဝလြန္ရင္ ကေလးမရဘူးလို႔ ေျပာၾကပါတယ္။ သမီးအရပ္က ၅ ေပ ၁ လက္မကို ကိုယ္ကေလးခ်ိန္က ၁၂၈ နဲ႔ ၁၃ဝ ၾကားမွာ ရွိပါတယ္။ သမီးအေနနဲ႔ ကေလးမရမွာ စိုးရိမ္တဲ့ထဲမွာ သမီး ဝတာလဲပါပါတယ္။ အခုေတာ့ က်န္းမာေရး အေနနဲ႔ တပတ္ကို အနဲ႔ဆံုး ၆ နာရီေလာက္ကို အားကစားလုပ္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဝလြန္ၿပီး ကေလးမရႏိုင္ေလာက္တဲ့ အထဲမွာ ပါ-မပါ သိခ်င္ပါတယ္ဆရာ။
ကိုယ္အေလးခ်ိန္ မ်ားတိုင္းေတာ့ ကေလးမရတာ မျဖစ္ေစပါ။ ဝတဲ့သူေတြမွာ ကေလးမရတာ ပိုမ်ားတာေတာ့ မွန္ပါတယ္။ လူေတြ ဝတယ္၊ မဝဘူးဆိုတာကို BMI (Body Mass Index) နဲ႔တိုင္းတာ သတ္မွတ္တယ္။ 18.5 ကေန 24.9 အထိဆိုရင္ ပံုမွန္ ျဖစ္တယ္။ 30 ေက်ာ္ရင္ ဝတယ္။ 29 ေက်ာ္သူေတြ BMI 1 နည္းတိုင္း ကေလးရဘို႔ 4% ေလ်ာ့နည္းေစတယ္။ သိပ္ဝတယ္လို႔ ေျပာရမဲ့ BMI 35 ကေန 40 ရွိသူေတြဟာ 23% ကေန 43% အထိ ကေလးရဘို႔ အခြင့္အလမ္းနည္းတယ္။ ဒီကိန္းဂဏန္းေတြရွိေပမဲ့ လူဝတာနဲ႔ ကေလးမရတာဆက္စပ္မႈ လက္ေတြ႔သက္ေသမျပႏိုင္ပါ။
ဝလြန္းသူမ်ား ႏွလံုး-ေသြးေၾကာေရာဂါ၊ ဆီးခ်ိဳ နဲ႔ ေသြးတိုး ဒီ ၃ မ်ိဳးအျပင္ ကေလးမရတာဆက္စပ္မႈ ရွိတယ္လို႔ သုေတသနတိုင္းက လက္ခံတယ္။ ငယ္ကတည္းက ဝတဲ့မိန္းကေလးေတြ အပ်ိဳျဖစ္ေစာတယ္၊ ရာသီထိန္တာ ျဖစ္တတ္တယ္။ ဝတယ္လို႔ ဘယ္လို ဆံုးျဖတ္မလဲ။ အရပ္နဲ႔ ကိုယ္အေလးခ်ိန္ တြက္တာအျပင္ ကိုယ္ထုထည္ဆိုတာ နဲ႔လဲ တိက်ေအာင္ တြက္ေသးတယ္။ သူ႔အေလးခ်ိန္ရဲ႕ ၃ဝ% က အဆီျဖစ္ေနရင္ ဝတယ္လို႔ သတ္မွတ္တယ္။ ၅ ေပ ၁ လကၼ အမ်ိဳးသမီးဆိုရင္ ၁ဝ၅ ေပါင္နည္းတယ္၊ ၁၂၂ သင့္တယ္၊ ၁၄ဝ ေပါင္မ်ားတယ္။ အမွန္က ဝရင္ အီစထိုဂ်င္ မ်ားေနတယ္။ သူမ်ားေနရင္ ဘဲလင့္စ္ပ်က္ေတာ့ မ်ိဳးဥအိမ္ကေန မ်ိဳးဥ ထြက္တာကို အဟန္႔အတား ျဖစ္ေစတာမို႔ ကေလးရမွာကို သက္ေရာက္ေစတယ္။ ကိုယ္ဝန္ရျပီး ေမြးတဲ့အခါလဲ သူမ်ားထက္ ခက္ေသးျပန္တယ္။
