Renal cortical cyst ေက်ာက္ကပ္အိတ္

သီဟိုဠ္ လင္း မဂၤလာပါဆရာ။ က်မအသက္ ၃၃နွစ္ပါ။ က်မျဖစ္ေနတာကေတာ့ ၄ႏွစ္ေလာက္ရွိပါျပီ။ အပ်ိဳပါ။ ေက်းဇူးျပဳ၍ ေျပာျပေပးပါဆရာ ဆရာက်န္းမာခ်မ္းသာပါေစ။
ေဆးစစ္ခ်က္မွာ Renal cortical cyst ေက်ာက္ကပ္အိတ္လို႔ဖတါရတယ္။

ေက်ာက္ကပ္အိတ္ျဖစ္တာ ေဆးကုစရာမလိုတာလည္းရွိတယ္။ အဲတာမ်ိဳးကမ်ားတယ္။ အေရးၾကီးတာလည္းရွိတယ္။ ဘာလို႔ျဖစ္လဲ မရွင္းပါ။ ေက်ာက္ကပ္မ်က္ႏွာျပင္မွာျဖစ္တယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕မွာ အိတ္ေလးေတြ အမ်ားၾကီးျဖစ္တယ္။ Polycystic kidney disease လို႔ေခၚတယ္။ ဆိုးတယ္။ ေဆာရီး။
Simple kidney cysts ရိုးရိုးအိတ္ကို အမွတ္မထင္ ေဆးစစ္ရင္းေတြ႔တတ္တယ္။ ဘာမွမခံစားရလို႔ ရွိေနတာမသိပါ။ အရြယ္အစားၾကီးရင္ ခါးေနရာနာမယ္။ ဖ်ားႏိုင္တယ္။
ကံမေကာင္းရင္ ေနာက္ဆက္တြဲျဖစ္လာႏိုင္တာေတြရွိတယ္။ ပိုးဝင္ႏိုင္တယ္။ ေပါက္သြားႏိုင္တယ္။ ဆီးလမ္းကိုပိတ္ေနႏိုင္တယ္။ Hydronephrosis ေခၚတာျဖစ္မယ္။
CT scan ရိုက္ႏိုင္တယ္။ MRI ရိုက္ႏိုင္တယ္။ ေက်ာကပ္အလုပ္စစ္တာလုပ္ႏိုင္တယ္။
ပိုးဝင္ေနသူ ပိုးေသေဆးေပးမယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕ကို အရည္စုတ္ထုတ္ေပးမယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕ကိုခြဲထုတ္ေပးမယ္။
